Refund and Cancellation Policy

Launch and Growth subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee for the first subscription charge. After that period, subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal and access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

Marketplace Rescue Audits are one-time paid reports. Because analysis work starts after payment, completed reports are generally non-refundable unless duplicate payment, technical failure, or billing error prevents delivery.

If you believe a payment was charged in error, contact us with the checkout email, payment date, and invoice or receipt reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

Subscription customers can manage cancellation and payment details from the billing area in SellSafe settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not delete product, document, or compliance history.
